I've received more than a few e-mails asking about the price. Yes, $15 seems like a lot for a hat, but I assure you, the hats cost us around $9 to make, and a buck or two to ship, so it's not like I'm running away with anything. I just want you to be proud of the US team that is fighting for a medal in the Vancouver Games.

In light of the concerns, and the questions, I have decided that I am not being completely fair to everybody. I gave out over 150 hats for free, now I'm requiring money in order to get one. It's probably not a "smart" business move, but if you think I'm going to raise enough money on a few hats to retire you're crazy. So, I will GIVE you a hat. If you want one, then ask for one. Seriously. Just ask, the e-mail is hats@thenighttrain.com. However, should you feel the urge to support us even more, then please make a donation. We could use it.
